Are you passionate about high-end remodeling? Do you enjoy tackling complex building challenges and delivering projects that exceed industry standards? If so, we want you on our team! As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in managing on-site projects and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage on-site remodeling projects from start to finish.
  • Perform demolition, rough and finish carpentry, and other tasks related to remodeling projects.
  • Deliver proactive communication and manage client expectations to provide a remarkable remodeling experience.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor in-house carpenters and other tradespeople on job sites.
  • Maintain 100% safety standards on all job sites.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, completing a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education annually.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in relevant construction fields, including general carpentry, and problem-solving.
  • A High School Diploma is required. An Associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Exceptional people skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and consistently with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must provide common hand tools; all other tools and a work van will be provided by the company.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
  • A clean and presentable appearance.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full - Time.
  • Competitive hourly wage of $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
