Do you have a passion for remodeling? Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys bringing high-quality craftsmanship to every project? If so, we want you on our team! As a Skilled Remodeling Carpenter, you will be an integral part of our on-site team, delivering projects that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks related to residential remodeling, including demolition, framing, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and trim work.
• Ensure that all work meets Nelson Builders' high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate proactively with team members and clients to ensure a seamless remodeling experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience, including all phases of residential remodeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A clean and presentable appearance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have strong references and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time: Year-round work focused on various residential projects within a 30-minute radius of our Holland office.
• Competitive Wages: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience. Overtime available.
